2009 : 2009 was full of
action. Lots of new modules, reports and customization was done
in 2009. Rodopi Integration with AtMail,
Moneris,
PlugNPay, Paypal Payflow Gateway,
Wimax devices and various
Radius Servers was great
achievement for us and satisfaction for our customers who went
live with these modules.
We did case study of around 10
ISPs and helped them plan and implement their OSS - BSS.
We also studied API of a world
renowned Wimax provider and offered them Billing OSS solution.
Our R & D team worked extensively with their developers and it
was a great association for both of us.
We did onsite training in
Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, India, USA and Canada.
